No it isn't, but it is the Capital of the U.S.A and it has the most crime.
I never got a car for my birthday, and never wanted one. Everything I wanted I got when I was older, when I got a job.
Somehow people think it is 'uncool' to walk, or to use a bicycle. Why not buy a motorbike for cheap and fix it up or buy one new for a lot less than a car. Rather than have a gun fight with the old man.
If the purpose is to pick up girls, or guys for that matter, or show off. I would think motorbikes definitely are more fun.
