Former Rep. Gabby Giffords (D-AZ), a victim of a mass shooting in 2011, and her husband, Mark Kelly, testified before a Congressional panel on gun control in January. Kelly told the assembled members of Congress that modern weapons,
“Have turned every single corner of our society into places of carnage and gross human loss.”

Read your link....:lol: So, where is the "likely committed a felony" part?
Did you read it? It is illegal to buy a firearm for someone else. he claimed after he was caught buying it he bought it for someone else. That is a Felony as well as perjury on an official form.
 
I'm unable to find any source where Mark Kelly claims that he bought the gun for "someone else".
