Saw your thread post title. Good thing you clarified. I thought you were saying the US was not a respected leader of freedom, because President Biden raised the alarm on Russia's build up and invasion, re-united NATO, getting funding and support, practically overnight, took the lead on sanctions, followed by NATO countries, and focused world opinion on the criminal invader of a peaceful democratically governed country.

The fact is, Russia is a nuclear power and that's the reason why there are so many rules of conduct being appied to this war..
