To have executive privilege one must have discussed the matter with the President. Holder still insists he and Obama knew nothing about it while hiding all documentation about it.

Obama said he was gonna shut down Gitmo, is it shut down? Obama said he was gonna end the Iraq war, yet he followed to the letter Bush's timetable.

All of them. There is your answer. There is no criteria you would accept, so I offer none. Simple truth. Obama has been the most opaque administration ON EVERY ISSUE than any other administration.

Simply citing other administrations and one or two programs as being closed isn't going to cut it. Every aspect of this administration is closed to the public. Every aspect of it.

How do we know this?

Because the only window we have into their workings is what they put out. There is NO INDEPENDENT look into their inner machinations.
