I am very scared of those lil planes..... very.... people get killed all the time.... just to fall its not so bad..was he killed? anyway..little planes are dangerous.

I agree, as I know from experience.
I've also fallen out of a small aircraft at 2,000 feet.
Great view and, as luck has it, I had a parachute I'd borrowed for the day.

That was my thought. The door has two sections, with separate locking devices, I doubt they both failed at the same time.
