I have no idea last I rented was 1985. I was twenty five when I started buying houses.Well, why aren't people that are renting able to do that?

Living under democrat rule, everything is in shortage, including places to rent.
As mortgage rates become unmanagable, people are forced into rental properties.
And as more a forced into rental properties, there is less supply of them as rates then go up, like everything else.
People can't afford to live anymore.

The media do a terrific job of covering for Biden.
It takes self-discipline.Well, why aren't people that are renting able to do that?
It takes self-discipline.
Then why should we care if they pay rent?It takes self-discipline.
I don't that is their decision in life. Then why should we care if they pay rent?
Earn more money then, I did. My truck is a 2003 and my car is a 2003 I don't buy expensive crap I buy it cheap and fix it....It takes rent not being half your monthly income to do it, too.
For me, I was always working so I did without TV service. I had rabbit ears and could get the local new and weather. All I needed. I did have internet service, though. I drove a 20 year old car and STILL own two vehicles (out of 3) that are more than 20 years old. Reliable old cars that cost nothing but insurance to keep on the road, and then that's only when I decide to use them. Otherwise insurance is dropped and "statements of non-use" are submitted to the DMV.
Wow,Under Bush for me. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment for only 350 a month all expenses paid, in the heart of a large city. I made 350 a day in income. That same apartment is now over 1000 a month.
When I bought my house, under Obama, I got it cheap and it's a brick home on an acre of tree'd land on a brand newly paved road. House is 3 times now what I paid for it. That house was paid off in 7 years under Trump.
So pretty much all the way up to Biden, things were cheap. Hell I went to Tractor Supply yesterday. They want 2100 for a 42" 15hp riding mower with a 6 speed tranny, not even hydrostatic drive. That was the $999 special 5 years ago. I paid 1400 for my 22hp hydrostatic drive 46" lawn tractor under Trump. It's got 348 hours on it and still runs like a champ. That mower would be almost 3000 today.

We underestimated Biden before and he surprised us by stealing an election. When did Biden own all the rental property?
LOL, Democrats seek to support housing for those who can't afford the rentals that are owned by Republicans.

I never underestimate any politician because they are notorious for letting capitalists rape the hell out of our wallets without any oversight or control....We underestimated Biden before and he surprised us by stealing an election.
Rent is not a political tool you fool it is capitalists that do it and they are in both parties and a few do not vote because they are not citizens or individuals...You evidently love the free market until you don't.That is a feature, not a bug........the democrats drive up rent to the point you can't afford it, which stampedes uninformed people into giving the democrats power to control rents, and wreck the suburbs with apartment building mandates......then, when you have to get rent help from the government, if you speak out against the democrats, hold views opposed to their orthodoxy, then you will lose your place to live.....
All part of the plan...
There are some good politicians who are very concerned about all the citizens they represent.I never underestimate any politician because they are notorious for letting capitalists rape the hell out of our wallets without any oversight or control....

He is a senator for Missouri who doesn't actually live in Missouri and doesn't give a shit about people in Missouri....He is as worthless as Claire McCaskill was. There are some good politicians who are very concerned about all the citizens they represent.
