Doesn't have any holds for immigration might mean they STILL don't have the name she entered under. Because the search WOULD have listed her immigration status if there was a record for her,, country of origin, date of entry, etc... So authorities simply don't know anything other than she walked out of the woods and has an apt (maybe) under that 2nd name she gave. ONE of the charges is presenting false Identification BTW....
