The police officers should sue Trump. If I instigate someone to commit a crime, I am may very well be liable for the damages that result. But for Trump these officers would have not have suffered and been injured; but for Trump the police officers who died may still be alive.

The family of Ashli Babbit should also sue Trump. Trump and his words and lies were the proximate cause of her storming the Capitol Building, This may be a tough one.
