Aldo Raine my good man or whatever... The bill to the tax payers of Chicago was dated Nov. of 2008... The bill in Colorado was dated 3 or 4 days ago... Want to bet a cup of coffee on which one gets paid first? 15 days, 30 days and 45 days normal turn around on invoices... 11 years ? Not so much...
