Perhaps Ohio Republicans gave the Democrats a means to boot Biden

I read the Democrats still maintaining their plans to hold a virtual convention on August 7th. That date was the original deadline to appear on the Ohio ballot, which special legislation has changed to after the Democrat's convention.

That special legislation passed on a party line vote. But that vote went opposite as it would seem with Republicans voting FOR moving back the deadline, while the Democrats were AGAINST. Democrats were upset the legislation also prohibiting foreign campaign contributions. Their plan was to circumvent the rule by holding this virtual convention on the final day of Ohio's deadline.

I read the virtual convention is still in place. If that's the case it seems a perfect opportunity to kick Biden's butt to the curb. Deny him the nomination in the virtual election and take a few weeks to settle things before the convention in Chicago.

Seem Ohio Republicans might have given the Democrats a break.
