Probably sometime right after they find Jimmy Hoffa and immediately before Never, we're bloodthirsty, war loving savages not to mention the fact that we have a hell of a lot invested in the business of war, if stopped the flow of blood-money to the military-industrial complex we'd have mass unemployment and riots in the streets.

Let's face it, vast swaths of the citizenry love wars as long as they don't have to get their own hands dirty fighting them or have to sacrifice anything to pay for 'em. Our politicians love war even more than the citizenry does because the business of war is damn good business for those that are controlling the purse strings and want to consolidate their own power.
