It mostly depends on your definition of the term "Good guy". If we are talking about actions - Russia didn't anything new, that America didn't already do. America invaded Serbia - Russia invaded Ukraine. America annexed Texas - Russia annexed Crimea and Novorussia. America saved children from Vietnam - Russia saved children from Ukraine.

May be, Russians are not good guys, but we are definitely much better than Americans.
