Something happened to these people over the years; something that has snapped! They really do latch onto certain things; fixate and beat into the ground something inane, silly, and stupid! I try to watch FNC, but it's hard to do for more than a couple minutes at a time because of how they see things! If nothing substantial is there, they feel compelled to make it up! Even if they have to create it out of whole cloth! With Trump "be afraid; be very afraid!"
