Time will tell, I can't. What I do think is the Rep. in the H. or Rep. who is running to lead the DNC is a Muslim, and if he secures that post he will drive away more blue collar workers to the dark side.

Given that Trump has or will abandon the blue collar workers, for he is not only unfit for the job, he is also a Plutocrat & an Authoritarian sure to alienate those who HRC alienated by her comments on closing coal mines and calling some trump supporters deplorable.

Thus the possibility of a viable third party is a very real possibility. A party I can theorize which would include Bernie Sanders' supporters, middle of the road white middle class women and men, middle level managers, the working poor and workers who lack good benefits, i.e. especially affordable health care, and hope to provide a better future for their kids.

As for the Electoral College, it is my opinion that it is and has been obsolete for decades.
