This is their first and only police officer murder and it was done at the hands of an illegal immigrant. If the Democrat Senate passed Kates' Law years ago, he would have been in prison instead of driving around drunk on our streets killing our police officers.

Just about. Anyplace else if arrested or questioned, ICE is contacted and they pick you up. Again, this lowlife had two DUI's in this country already. He knew just what state to come back to when he broke our immigration laws again. If he didn't shoot this cop, he would have been arrested again, let out on bond, and the cops couldn't do a damn thing about it because it's against the law in Cali to inform ICE no matter how bad the police want to do it.
