The only explanation why DC is so subverted is that lobbyists buy votes and control the agenda in favor of policies that make them money. Why else would DC keep letting so many illegals into the US, especially islamic terrorists, and support them on welfare, meaning that the bombs they used were paid for with taxpayer dollars.
