Nah, if he votes against the fascist, then he'd have to vote against Democrat's, so he might as well just stay home and continue looking dumb like his facial expressions suggest.

As for the one giving him the idea or advice on what to do, well he looks like an evil wizard that figures he can manipulate a bush into voting for a Democrat. Problem is for him, that in a magical Kingdom even a bush has better sense than to do something that stupid...
