Politico Breaking: Jack Smith Lays Out His Case Against Trump In Vivid Detail.

Doesn’t matter how long it was delayed, it hasn’t been proven in court, until then, it’s just accusations
Not in the court of public opinion.

Trump's guilt has been well chronicled by the Jan 6 hearings and the publicly released info from the criminal cases.

The prosecutors have the argument.

And the indictments.

You have a bunch of mouth frothing and drywall punching.

Note the difference.
it is simply the same argument, dressed up differently, closer to the election, and election interference, he has no standing as he was not approved by congress sit down shut up and take what is coming to you

Jack Smith Isn’t a Special Counsel ‘by Law’

Federal prosecutors must be duly appointed and confirmed by the Senate. He fails both tests.

BS.

Jack Smith should crawl back under the bridge he came from.
The bum looks like a meth-head, and he has no standing as an unappointed prosecutor.
Your boy Trump broke the law. Deal with this reality.

I really doubt this is going to move the needle. The fact is, Donald Trump is essentially an island. He's not held to any standards whatsoever. Especially by those who claim to carthis e about morality or the law or the Constitution.

The law may try to go after him, and that's one thing. But half the public either won't hear about this, won't bother to absorb it, or won't care.

I couldn't tell you why, but that's a fact.
Thinking people recognize this as a hysterical hit piece of election interference.

Just a reminder for those that need it.

#1 Thank Chief Justice Roberts
The SCOTUS held off issuing the decision until July 1st instead of issuing it's decision months before. As a result the SCOTUS directed Judge Chutkan to hold an evidentiary hearing to examine the evidence in support of the Superseding Indictment to evaluate it in accordance with the three categories the SCOTUS defined.
A. Official Duties - Full Immunity
B. Peripheral Duties - Where there will be some immunity but it can be overcome for criminal actions outside of scope
C. Unofficial Actions - No Immunity.

There is, IIRC, an 89 day delay from when the SCOTUS issues a decision for it to be remanded back to the trial court. That means the trial court couldn't take ANY action as a result of the July 1st SCOTUS decision until the remand period ended at the end of SEP.

So you wonder why Judge Chutkan is taking action now? It's because of the timing the SCOTUS laid out.

#2 EVIDENCE
Remember the evidence that supports the motion for determination on immunity is based on Grand Jury testimony, witness statements, emails, texts, phone records, etc.

Where did this evidence come from? Trump own actions, Trump staff, and Trump supporters. In other words the evidence that is being presented against Trump comes from Republicans.

You’re right, only the accusations, but it sure seems like they want to thrust an untried case out into the public so public opinion will be swayed.
Trump has been running his mouth about these things for a long time trying to sway the public. So the facts should be shown to the public as well.

Try looking up the Venona documents.......:eusa_whistle:

Okay, the KGB did have some sleepers wake up in 1939. But what does that have to do with today considering Putin backs tRump. Sounds like a conflict of interest on your part.
