If the establishment pays off the right people, Cruz takes more dirty shots at Trump's family, and the Cruz campaign finds a way to cheat at the polls, then Cruz will win Wisconsin. Of course, all that will do is help ensure a brokered convention, in which case none of the people currently running will be the GOP nominee.

I could be wrong but after the first vote (at the convention) all previous and lasting candidate/delegates are free to choose whomever they please. Rubio has squat in reality.

His campaign money ran out at the end so your charge of him embezzling it just shows your idiocy. As to him running again. ask any player who's just lost game 7 of the World Series about his plans for next season....of course he's bitter...he put his heart and soul into a mismanaged campaign. He'll be back, hell he's already back...watching the Donald try to act sane for more than a few hours.
