Pregnant Woman Arrested for resisting no arrest....or something

"She COULD be guilty of MAYBE a crime POSSIBLY so get on the ground"
She was on the ground because she was being arrested for trying to leave, and resisting arrest.

If she cooperated she wouldn't have been on the ground.

You cant resist something that never happens. She wasnt arrested silly...you just keep saying it hoping it will slide by

You are also a bitch with a huge chip on your shoulder.

The judge threw it out and thats why you dont get your law degree from watching Law and Order

Don't believe what your eyes tell you or the fact that a judge immediately dismissed any and all the trumped up charges. A black lady did something that pissed off a white lady who tried to tell the black lady how to drive in a elementary school parking lot. White ladies have a natural right to scream and shout at black ladies and black ladies should understand those rights, shut up and say "yes mam' ". If they don't the cops will come and teach them a lesson. The whole incident got started cause a white woman shouted at a black woman about how she was driving in the school parking lot. When the black woman responded the white lady called the cops. There are still folks who are defending the white racist lady who thinks it is normal for her to verbally attack black people for misbehaving and ignoring her rules.

Oy vey.

She was stopped due to reasonable suspicion.

She was arrested for leaving during the stop and compounded it by resisting arrest.

Reasonable suspicion of what? The no crime?

Leaving isnt against the law. Try again

It is if you are being detained by a police officer. It's called obstruction

The crime of vandalism was being investigated.

Reading this thread and many like it I am just shocked with the amount of people that agree that the cop was right. I see people here saying closed caption, and Asclepias are dumb because they happen to be black. Yet they are the smartest people on this thread even though I disagree with them on some things, like threatening to shoot the cop. They are running circles around most of you and are the only ones standing up for constitution rights. Most of you say you love the constitution yet when someone's rights are violated you side with the offender. Ignorant and stupid.

The case was thrown out because the cops were wrong, that is a fact. Yet you argue that the cops were right. Unbelievable. You are allowed to say fuck you to a cop and to give them a finger if you want. And there is nothing the cop can do about it. If they do something about it then they will be fired or suspended and as a judge will say if you can't take it don't become a cop or go to China or Russia to be a police officer. No crime was committed fact. The cop was not investigating a crime, fact he was investigating a complaint and the lady answered the cop that the other lady was being crazy. So she will get a payday now that she deserves.

Closedcaption and asclepias you have proven you're smarter then all of these posters. And that you stand up for people's rights, be they black or white. Thank you.

She never attempted to leave the scene. If you had a real case to argue you would not have to make thinks up and slide in little bits of misinformation into your case. Basically, you are lying to strengthen your argument which a judge already ruled on as being bullshit.

I propose we start go-fund me for the black chick to file a civil rights violation lawsuit. I'll throw some money in for the amusement value.

EDIT: Oh but we have to make it conditional that the black chick will /not/ settle with the city. I want a judge to actually hear and rule on the case.

Did you watch the video? I saw her trying to leave.
Yes and if she was not charged with a crime she is free to leave. What do you not understand about your rights? The cop did not charge her he was wrong. Proven in the courts he was out of bounds. If you are not being charged with a crime you can walk away. You have the right to remain silent to so you do not incriminate yourself. Why are you still arguing a point that is wrong?

She was being detained The cop had every right to detain her once she tried to leave.
