God you people are clueless. Seattle just had another sewage spill last month, 4.5 MILLION GALLONS. Seattle is a serial sewage polluter. There have been many spills in the millions of gallons in just the past few years. Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Seattle, that's just the west coast.
