According to a new CNN/ORC International poll, President Obama's approval rating has fallen 8 points since the beginning of the year. Also, his disapproval rating has increased by 7 points.

50 percent of those polled disapprove of the job the President is doing, while only 47 percent said that they approved. Keating Holland, the polling director, told CNN that "Fewer than a third approve of how the president is handling the government's budget and fiscal policies, and the White House's 'charm offensive' has not registered with the American public."
