This is typical of how conservatives view life, if they 'did it' or 'didn't do it' then everyone else should 'do it' or 'not do it'.

If you've ever had severe pain you understand that anyone making this 'just say no' crap statement is clueless. When you have REAL pain there aren't other considerations, just the pain.

It becomes everything. The pain is your whole world. I am still not completely healed. I was in the hospital twice from complications. I told the doctor that I would never forgive him.

You live through it. You go to bed and wait for time to pass.

I can' stand the feeling of not being 100% physically and mentally "in control". It freaks me out completely and makes me frantic. I literally look for somewhere to hide.

Why? I simply avoid the stimulus (alcohol, drugs) and the issue doesn't occur.
