Whether Shokin was corrupt or not? That may have been true. It may not have. It is then, the prerogative of the US and the EU to decline to do business with Ukraine. And it is Ukraine's job, by submitting official evidence in a legitimate and orderly procedure, open to public inquiry, with Shokin having consul, and the ability to appeal.

Corruption, does not justify lawbreaking and more corruption, with arbitrary rules and procedural moves.
