We should not be surprised because
1) she lies about everything and we know this is just another lie.
2)she ALWAYS accuses Trump of everything she actually is the one doing. In this case it meant she'd be doing what she claimed before the fact Trump would do.
Be a sore loser, claim winner if by popular vote not electorial count, and ask for recount.
Irony is she is everything she deflects onto her opponents.
