ummm...think...how do we define criminals? They are not known criminals before they are caught and convicted so they are treated as if they haven't committed any crime whatsoever. It is called innocent until proven guilty. Once they have been committed they can not get a gun because ON A BACKGROUND CHECK IT SCREENS OUT PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF A CRIME! Where do you come up with the idea that criminals can get guns?
