Kasich might be a good guy to hire. He has been in the system for long time. He probably knows where bad stuff is. Send him in somewhere like the VA where maybe, big maybe he can improve w/o cost. Make all of them work for zero. They have taken enough tax dollars over the years. Cut Cut Cut.

Look at what the Bush Tax Cuts gave us. And remember when Reagan cut, cut, cut? Then he had to raise taxes 7 times to fix his mess, mess, mess.
