The most interesting part for me would be listening to the reporting. NBC practically invited Hillary to do commentary it was so bad. They wanted a riot so bad you could taste it in the air.

I watched about 20 minutes of the Republican convention so in fairness I will watch 20 minutes of Democratic convention.

I will watch it through the direct feed (C SPAN broadcasts direct without comment, and Amazon's Fire TV has an app) without the interference of the mendacious media morons on CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc....

they spent more time talking around the rnc convention than about what was going on in the convention.

We won't get to hear Hillary all the time. There will be other luminaries first.

This will be like a parade of giants.

Unlike the GOP nobody is all pissed off at the front runner like they were against Trump The Chump.

Then only at the end will we get to see and hear Hillary and the Nation will be riveted.

Every woman in the Country will be glued to the tv.

Every Latino.

Every Negro.

Every gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender.

Half of the GOP.

Everyone in the GOP that skipped Cleveland.

Every Democrat.

Every Independent.

Should be like a Superbowl.

Hillary already knows it. That's why she looks so happy and content now. She is even beaming like a homecoming queen before the prom.

Eric Trump gave a great speech. You should watch it. It made me wish he was the VP pick. Pence is as dull as Cheney. Who knows if he's as corrupt and phony; but I don't like the guy.

Third term for the incumbent party happens only under the following conditions:

1, The previous two terms brought results, worth repeating and extending.
2, The candidate for the incumbent party is honest, smart and likeable.
3 The candidate for the challenging party is inferior in every respect to the candidate of the incumbent party.

Clearly, those conditions do not exist now.

Last time they existed was when G.H.W. Bush succeeded Ronald Reagan.

To paraphrase Lloyd Bentsen: "I knew G.H.W. Bush. He was my friend. Secretary Clinton. you ain't no G.H.W. Bush".

And, of course, Obama is no Ronald Reagan..

Those conditions don't matter now. Populism is normalized now.

Welfare program participants and college students - the youth and the unproductive - are a force too powerful to resist now.

DNC speeches will be directed at them full of promises and sweet nothings, and they'll lap it up, and they and their Democratic cohorts will seat Hitlery in th Oval Office.

No, because it's going to be nothing but one long propaganda fest. Michael Brown's mother and Trayvon's mother are going to speak and probably praise Hillary for demanding that whites acknowledge their privilege and then praise the feds taking over police departments to battle all those racist cops.

The Dems will glorify Brown and Martin even though their shootings were justified.

What those moms should do is educate others on the importance of teaching their children to obey the law and respect authority, but it will be a bash fest and the two thugs will continue to be praised as some sort of martyrs.
