In totalitarian countries, the people are involved in crimes but are not responsible. For example, the federal army participated in the Anfal operation, but only the leaders of the Baath were punished.
In America, it's not exactly like that, but it's getting similar.
Since 2009, there have been treacherous feds in the United States, they have assisted the international terrorists of the Baath, the crimes of the Taliban and Al-Qaeda, they have used US citizens for this.
The question is, how guilty are the US citizens who were deceived by the feds?
I think if they realized their mistakes and again take the side of Freedom - they are innocent.
