Probably because he’s Russian. Amazingly the Telegram founder has been arrested in France due to a so-called lack of moderation on his telegram app. Durov by the way it’s not liked by the Russian government. He fled the country in 2014. So he’s not a “Russian asset”
Why hasn’t this happened to the Instagram founder? There’s drug dealing going on on Instagram.
What’s all the more interesting is that President Zelenskyy of Ukraine uses Telegram on a daily basis.
