I'm not so sure Scott Walker isn't sympathetic to those causes. You'd think Jeb would be with the high-tech presence NASA had in his home state of Florida.

The problem any of them have is that if you're a GOP candidate, you can't announce any new spending...you have to announce what you'll cut.
