I don't even begin to understand McConnell's reasoning. You have to understand Congress perfectly to even understand .. what you wrote here and I don't have a degree in how Congress works.

So I guess if the Save Act is removed, the govt doesn't shut down?

Then to hell with the govt staying open.

If McConnell thinks otherwise, he is part of the problem.. a BIG part.

Nothing pending in Congress, and I mean NOTHING, is more important than the SAVE ACT
