The suspect wasn’t aware that the 49-year-old victim was actually armed himself. The man pulled out his own gun and said to the suspect, “Do you really want to do this?”

The answer was apparently ‘no’, as the suspect wanted nothing to do with the would-be victim now that he could fight back. Police say that when the suspect turned around to hightail it out of there, he told his would-be victim to ‘have a nice day’.
