I vote not to change the Bill of Rights because agreeing on interpretation is the least restrictive way of resolving conflicts. Let's agree right of the people means law abiding citizens. Let's agree the 2nd and also 1st amendment cannot be taken out of context from the rest of the bill of rights to violate other rights laws and freedoms. By respecting beliefs due process and right to assemble securely and peaceably, none of these laws needs to be repealed but practiced in context to defend laws not violate any.

We can agree on law enforcement without changing how these are written.

I've said repeatedly that if Hillary gets in and loads our court with a bunch of Commie leftist judges, it won't be long until they get a gun issue in front of them and rule that the only citizens with constitutional gun rights are those in a militia.

Then it would be a free for all for those liberal cities and states. They could tax guns and ammo so they are almost unaffordable, sue gun and ammo manufacturers for murders in their city or state, or even ban guns altogether.
