It is also perfectly fine to point out that Obama wanting to strike a deal with Russia to remove more nukes is perfectly fine, And that Ronnie did this as well.

The purpose of the grazing fees is to go toward the care and improvement of the grazing lands. This has not been done. The money has been used to buy out ranchers so that the land can be sold to the Chinese communists to build solar power mirrors on the land. Saving the turtle is a smoke screen.
