The bigoted business owner is not having his rights infringed upon. He is open to the public. When he opened his door to the public, he agreed to serve anyone who came through that door.

If you want to discriminate, don't open your doors to the public.
The customer who is being turned away, has lost his right to service.
Not necessarily. That falls under free speech. IOW, a business owner cannot be forced to say things, but he can be forced to participate in things he finds repulsive. In this brave new world, a Black or Jewish deli owner who does catering CAN be forced to cater a Klan rally, but can't be forced to put "White Power" or ""Heil Hitler" on a cake or anything else, and according to some on here, he's a bigot if he doesn't want to cater a Klan rally in the woods at night. The bigoted business owner is not having his rights infringed upon. So a black business owner should be required to accommodate a KKK rally that wants a cake that says "White Power" on it, right? And a Jewish business owner should be required to accommodate a neo Nazi group that wants a cake that says "Heil Hitler."
No, but if you're a fag with 150K you have a good shot. They don't care who you fuck, nor should they. The bigoted business owner is not having his rights infringed upon. He is open to the public. When he opened his door to the public, he agreed to serve anyone who came through that door.

So i should be able to walk into a Bentley dealership with a $5 bill and walk away with one?

Hmmm. Accept the assignment then subcontract it out. That might be the best solution of all.The bigoted business owner is not having his rights infringed upon. He is open to the public. When he opened his door to the public, he agreed to serve anyone who came through that door.

You make it seem like the owners have to do the work themselves instead of just asking for volunteers who may get a good tip.
That's an absurd comparison, and I'm amazed you are making it.
If any Christian really feels that gays represent the sort of existential threat that the KKK or Nazis represented, they have some serious issues.
When was the last time gays systematically killed Christians?

Gays might go to a dozen bakeries before they find a Christian. Forcing that Christian to violate his or her principles is priceless. They would pay it.Hmmm. I've got a much simpler solution: bid high. Whenever I don't want to do a project or work with a particular client, that's what I do.

No, it's a perfect equivalency. You just lack the logical faculties to comprehend that.

And here's my proof. You're evaluating the whole thing based on your personal emotions. You personally feel that the KKK are evil, therefore general rules do not apply to them. You feel that Nazis are evil, therefore rights are not to be enjoyed by them. It's all about you. And that's why you are a pathetic piece of shit.

No, it's not a matter of emotion. I don't 'Feel" the Nazis were evil. The Evil of the Nazis is a HISTORICALLY ESTABLISHED FACT. They killed 6 million Jews (and a lot of other people). The Klan was evil. They lynched thousands of blacks.
Gays didn't do anything equally evil to Christians. Gays just make their imaginary sky man cry. that's not a compelling reason to deny them services.
If you don't want to serve gays, get out of that business. It's pretty simple. No one is making you be in the business of baking cakes. You chose to be in that business.
