Not sure they are arbitrarily deleting them, they broke the TOS

How would videos violate TOS that are years old? Do you have a TOS sheet from Spotify? And Rogan recently switched over to them. Spotify did the deal with him having a full understanding of his podcast content.

I doubt they listened to every single PodCast of his prior to the contract being signed.

If you are doing a 100 million dollar deal with possibly the most successful podcasters I think Spotify is going to do some due diligence. They uploaded videos that were done years ago they know what it is about.
