China see Russia as a failed state of a bunch of kleptocrats and crooks... You can't do business with them reliably...

China is all about the money... China is setting itself up as a economic powerhouse... Russia has Oil, Gas and other resources but that means little if they can't sell to the west without raised tariffs..

When was the last time that China and the US conducted joint naval exercises--rhetorical, the answer is NEVER. However China, Iran and Russia conducted joint naval exercises in the Indian Ocean as recently as last summer. China is playing the US and Russia against each other and if you are too shallow to understand that it is your problem. I really don't believe that you are---you are just a useful CCP troll.
