The issue is this is that there is a chance that all people who go out into public areas will face this crap. This is everywhere. And both public and private officials, keep the volume low on this. It is constant when it happens. And it happens all to often. All we get is the comparison game. In all the places I have been, it has been overwhelmingly the way we saw culture wise on this issue in anything questionable. Perhaps recognizing it and starting improvements in it would be a start to civility.
