It's a gag order. So? By all outward appearances this is a fraud case involving a large amount of money. Coverage of any part of it then WOULD be making it appear a political persecution.
Bannon is a worm. Not sure why you're expending any energy trying to defend him. He got kicked out of the White House for forsaking your savior.

I think if that was a concern....the prosecution wouldn't be asking for this....the defense would. I think it's pretty clear that the jury is beyond tainted....they are prejudiced.
After all....the MSM has been crowing about this indictment for a couple of weeks already. Now that the frivolous nature of the indictment is coming out....they want to clamp down.
