Welcome, hope you enjoy posting here. And, how do I go about suing you?

Well, first you have to file a complaint with the court clerk.In it, you must state a valid
cause of action such as libel, slander, fraud,or negligence. I doubt that duplicate posts
on USMB qualifies as actionable. LOL!Why? Because the act you complain about must
have hurt you financially and you must prove that. The purpose of a civil suit is
compensation for damages.
