Did I nail this guy or what?? Paid political blogger.

Now then -- what were you saying about people's "missions" again, hack?

I am amused to see you continue to attack the poster rather than the message, and you have actually taken the time to track me on the internet and have discovered that I post in various forums. Well, excuse me for doing so. Do you also get upset when pinko syndicated columnists have their propaganda appearing in pinko newspapers around the nation? Why are you so upset that I make an attempt to level the playing field by posting my personal views in various forums? Does it really bother you that your progressive crowd now has competition because of the internet and forums like this one in which the truth and facts can be posted for others to read? As to your groundless charge about my getting paid for posting my personal views, my profile at the American Constitutional Research Service gives the facts and not your lies.

Why do you insist in attacking me rather than attacking my message?

"Exposure" is not "attack" but it's interesting you consider that exposure "attack". It tells us you were counting on not being found out.

Let's face it -- I nailed your ass to the wall. Professional political wag; own it.

Senator Kay Hagan’s war on Women!

It’s amazing how some women believe Kay Hagan has their best interests in mind. Do they not realize she is a big fan of Obamacare <snip>

The same Pinocchio photoshop (and exact comment placed here) was also posted there three days ago.

So here's a paid hack posting to a Georgia-specific site --- about a Senator who doesn't represent Georgia, whose residents can't even vote for or against her. Makes ya wonder even more about agendas. He's presumably not from Georgia himself either...

That's eleven sites now. Apparently no audience is too small for a political carpetbagger.

Place yer bets on what the carpetbagger posts next. They're already online, just pick one.

America we have a problem! We have a group of

--- message boards acting as cash cows for a professional carpetbomber. This one, a repeat from yesterday, also posted on "goldtalk.com" -- I left that out of yesterday's list. Easy omission when there are so many. So there's twelve...

You have repeatedly attacked me rather than my message, posted insulting remarks, insinuated I’m an idiot, and lied by claiming I’m a “Paid political blogger”. I think most reasonable people who read the thread would agree that you are more interested in attacking me rather than my message.

Your mission here is certainly not to engage in a productive discussion about Senator Kay Hagan. Your mission seems to be that of a troll and especially to disrupt any discussion of Kay Hagan and her record.

They are not “liberals”. They are conniving Marxist parasites who use the cloak of government force to steal the wealth which wage earners, business and investors have worked to create

You know what's interesting John?

Kay Hagan's campaign has been saying (as I know because I actually LIVE HERE and not in fucking FLORIDA) that the Kochs are pouring money into this race. I read that at one point and thought, "maybe I should check that out" -- this is after all campaign rhetoric so I don't take it at face value --- but I never did check it out. Time constraints, you know.

But now here you are, flooded with Koch and Exxon and Scaife money, proving her point.

Carpetbagging from Florida with money floated from Koch.

I wasn't inclined to bother supporting her campaign. I didn't really care. But you've changed my mind with the carpetbagging carpetbombing.

Well done John, well done.

There's a bumper sticker my handyman guy has on his truck, it says,
"YANKEES -- GO BACK TO FLORIDA!"

Hee hee. Give my regards to Disney.

Are you in Carolina?

Sounds like a stoopid question but you'd be surprised what people do around here...

No matter where he lives it is time for North Carolina folks to clean house up there. It's time. Maybe it will require a "group effort".

What exactly is a "group effort"? Busing voters in from Ohio? :uhh:

Americans helping their fellow americans in the fight to save this nation from the hands of Marxists who are determined to destroy it, Pogo. Wherever, whenever they need help it should be given and that help should be reciprocated. We are called "The United States of America" for a reason. Our founding fathers plan from the very beginning was for us to be united. John is an American. Therefore, Johns' opinion of what is going on in North Carolina is just as important and "valid" a concern as Sarges. I am sure Sarge appreciates that John living in another state still is willing to unite with him in his concerns for his own state of North Carolina. I'm sure both John and Sarge will also be grateful to learn that I am praying for North Carolina and for the LORD to do whatever is necessary to drive out the wicked from NC political office - all places of authority including law enforcement, school boards, even day care centers - wherever they do not belong - I pray they be removed by whatever means the LORD decides to do it with. I pray for the protection of the people who trust the LORD in North Carolina and also for the lost ----> that Jesus Christ moves mightily in that State and brings revival to it. This is what it means to be an American - in my belief - that what concerns you in your own State matters to me as much as what is happening to me in mine. United we stand. Divided we fall.

Therein my comment - it does not matter where John lives. Sometimes it takes a "group effort". To assume that John is a paid blogger or having ulterior motives is not fair in my own belief. John has a right to share his feelings on this board just as you do and just as I do. I do realize that you stated her actions are from a year ago - that what John is speaking of happened in 2013 but as this is getting very close to election time now it is good to remind the people of what she has done in the past and why she must go. I'll be praying God removes her from office. She needs to go. Time for a new beginning for N.C.

That's entirely for North Carolinians to decide, not people from other states or paid bloggers for her opponent. Other states have their own senators. I'm pretty sure that's in the Constitution; each state gets two. You don't get to vote in my state and I don't get to vote in yours.

I agree. I am disgusted by the Outside influences used to sway elections in this state. But be advised...it looks like I will be moving back to my birth state, North Carolina, by the end of next year. Another cursed conservative/libertarian voter. Sucks.

Question.

Did Pogo ever inform this guy

.

I support Hagan and live in Florida ... she will be reelected and partially for voting affirmative for long term healthcare reform that finally saw the light of day.

and is daily becoming accepted as main stream America.

You charge that I'm a paid blogger is false, just as you charge about "Koch and Exxon and Scaife money".

My interest in discussing Senator Kay Hagan is that her votes in the Senate affects me and every American Citizen and she is not friend of our Constitution.

Aside from that I noticed you never made an attempt to rebut my post titled "Senator Kay Hagan’s war on Women" which follows:

It’s amazing how some women believe Kay Hagan has their best interests in mind. Do they not realize she is a big fan of Obamacare which impinges upon a women’s right to make her own medical and health care decisions and choices?

Under Obsmcare women are forced into buying a federal government approved health insurance plan or be fined, whether or not they want or need specific coverage required by our federal government.

If can Kay Hagan respected a women's fundamental rights, how can she approve of Obamacare which is an outright assault on a women's fundamental right to make her own medical and health care decisions and choices?

Why has Kay Hagan ignored what our Supreme Court has stated with regard to the exercise of fundamental rights, such as the right to make one’s own medical and healthcare decisions and choices?

A legislative act which "impinges upon a fundamental right explicitly or implicitly secured by the Constitution is presumptively unconstitutional." See: Harris v. McRae United States Supreme Court (1980) Also see City of Mobile v. Bolden, 466 U.S. 55, 76, 100 S.Ct. 1490, 64 L.Ed.2d 47 (1980)

And in Rivers v. Katz (67 N.Y.2d 485) 1986 the Court stated the following:
In Storar, we recognized that a patient's right to determine the course of his medical treatment was paramount to what might otherwise be the doctor's obligation to provide medical care, and that the right of a competent adult to refuse medical treatment must be honored, even though the recommended treatment may be beneficial or even necessary to preserve the patient's life. This fundamental common-law right is coextensive with the patient's liberty interest protected by the due process clause of our State Constitution.

In our system of a free government, where notions of individual autonomy and free choice are cherished, it is the individual who must have the final say in respect to decisions regarding his medical treatment in order to insure that the greatest possible protection is accorded his autonomy and freedom from unwanted interference with the furtherance of his own….

How on earth can one conclude that Kay Hagan has a women's best interests in mind when she is all in favor of Obamacare which in fact impinges upon a fundamental right of women to make their own medical and health care decisions and choices?

______

Now, have I stated anything which is not true?

JWK

"The mere chilling of a Constitutional right by a penalty on its exercise is patently unconstitutional." Shapiro v. Thompson, 394 U.S. 618.

Honesty is far more important than differences of opinion. If we even have such.

"Disagrees" on what? John himself points out I didn't address any Hagan issues. How do you know I disagree with him?

Say, when you wrote "out of stater" did you just flat-out forget to include "paid political blogger, President of Heartland Insititute group, writer for the Moonie Times, founder of right-wing think tank, cut-n-paster on websites everywhere down to Georgia Outdoor News"? Or was that too long?

Out of stater who agrees with you SILENCE

Is Breezewood posing as an individual while blogging for Koch and Scaife and Olin and Exxon? Is he pretending to be a North Carolinian? Or did he state right out he's in Florida?

Present your evidence. Sleuthing is fun.

I was admonished early here for suggesting the OP was a paid political blogger. That admonishment was warranted, as I hadn't proved it. At the time it was a hunch.

But now I have. Like it or lump it.

Well, he should have responded to you. If you ask me something I am not going to ignore you, Pogo. That would be rude. I'm sorry I just responded to this one. I was on another thread finishing up a long day! I also take note that you said it was from blogs and not reports. There is a difference and I agree with you about that because on a blog people can say anything!

( sometimes that is true with news reports too although that should not be! )

Indeed, and sadly that is our world Jere. Basically when I saw the OP parroting blogs -- in other words no substance and no display of any level of knowledge about North Carolina -- I got suspicious. There walk among us those who seem to believe Priority One is to get everyone from "My Party" elected. Not unlike those wags coming down on another senator, Olympia Snowe, as a "RINO", even though those whiners post from nowhere near Maine.

As I point out to them, a Congressperson's job is to represent her constituents -- not a political party. And I get testy when someone from Idaho comes bellowing in presuming to speak for me and telling me how to vote for my own representatives just to serve their selfish political party interests.

John needs to worry about his own senators, not mine. :)
Well except he is right, she does not represent the majority of North Carolinian's and that is why she will lose..
.
On March 22, 2013, at 11:31 AM, Senator Kay Hagan of N.C. ignored the majority of her constituents who wanted Obamacare repealed and told them BY HER VOTE you will keep Obamacare whether you like it or not even if you can’t keep your doctor.

Note that Kay Hagan also VOTED AGAINST S.J. RES 39 in 2010, intended to allow people to keep their health insurance plan if they liked it.

There is no question that Sen. Kay Hagan has repeatedly used her vote to impose her will upon her constituents rather than represent their expressed wishes in the Senate. Sen. Kay Hagan does not support you keeping your doctor or health care plan, and for this it is time to pink slip this low life snake!

JWK

Obamacare by consent of the governed, Article 5, our Constitution`s amendment process. Tyranny by a majority vote in Congress or a Supreme Court's majority vote

Tills, Governor McCraker and Berger aka chop meat are big with the trailer dwelling bible thumping white trash crowd here in NC their pol numbers show under 20%

Public Policy Polling North Carolina

Not a single one of those polls list Thom Tillis, Pat McCrory, or Phil "Ham" Berger's approval ratings at or below 20%. I'm puzzled as to why you made that claim.
