You would have 10,000 voters and if they were scanned twice then there would be 20,000 vtes.Every county had a small overcount or undercount which is normal.

I'll give you this OL -- unlike the rest of your fellow Democrats on here, you usually keep a somewhat open mind about things when the facts are yet to be fully established.
