While it is true that polygraphs don't stand up in court, they are still used by law enforcement to "encourage" confessions. They're right an overwhelming % of the time--well over 90%. So if you pop guilty, it's a bit harder to keep insisting you're innocent during the interviews.Normally not on Sassy side but sassy is absolutely right on this one. Those tests are about useless in a court of law and one can not be compelled to take one! SO on to next idea!As the wife of an attorney polygraphs are utterly useless. Mostly used as leverage and intimidation.
