Settlement in Principle Reached in Ashli Babbitt Lawsuit — The Young Woman Gunned Down in US Capitol on Jan. 6 – CRAZED BIDEN JUDGE Starts Screaming i

Hillary conceded the election on election night
Crybaby Loser still claims he won Bigly
And she still claims that it was stolen from her.

DURRRRRR

And this last election PROVES beyond doubt the election was stolen from Trump, and more importantly, we the people.

It's all good though, this last election and the results from it, will be all worth it.

You Marxists are screwed!

So thanks!

This election proved the electorate soured on Democrats

She calls Trump illegitimate because he had Putin’s help
Obama spread that myth that Putin helped Trump.

Bet you did not realize that.

I will show you the official report proving I am correct.

The Report states it was put forth by Obama. His approval is clear.

“Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent US Elections” is a declassified version of a highly classified assessment that has been provided to the President and to recipients approved by the President."

Obama clearly tried to overthrow Trump.

Putin helped Trumps campaign and Trump used the information provided by Russia, Russia, Russia
Show us Putin bragging he did that!!! This was Obama trying to overthrow Trump in 2017.

This election proved the electorate soured on Democrats
It took investigations showing it was Obama trying to overthrow Trump that killed the Democrats chances.

Hypothetical question. Let’s say a large angry mob was outside your home trying to break in. They are pounding on the doors and breaking windows. You’re armed in the inside trying to protect your family. If you see one of them pop their head in a broken window and start to crawl through do you think you would be justified to shoot that person?
Interesting hypothetical. In this case Lt. Byrd's "family" was already being evacuated from the House Chamber so he obviously wasn't protecting them. So why was he shooting an unarmed protester? Had those protesters just attacked his fellow police officers standing outside of the doors? No, they had in fact just pleaded with those officers to get out of the way so they wouldn't get hurt. The truth is that nobody was hurt inside of the Capital building. The truth is that even if Babbitt and her fellow protesters managed to breach that outer door...there was yet another door between them and the House Chamber with armed men behind it. So why did Lt. Byrd panic and shoot an unarmed woman protester without warning?

What you're describing is the "Castle Doctrine"! That people have a right to defend their home from intruders if they fear for their lives. Why would Lt. Byrd have feared for his life? He just watched as the protesters let several Police officers walk away from in front of the doors. There was a fully armed SWAT team in the stairwell literally right behind Babbitt when she was shot. So you've got unarmed protesters against a number of heavily armed law enforcement personnel but you seem to think that Byrd's shooting without warning was justified? If you want to REALLY know who was a threat that day? Look at the video of where those SWAT officers were aiming their weapons when they rushed to help Babbitt! They aren't aiming them at the protesters...they're aiming them in Byrd's direction...which tells me they're more afraid of the idiot that just shot someone without warning than they are about the protesters.

We have a video proving what you said.

I've heard Byrd claim that he yelled warnings before he opened fire. The numerous audio recordings from that day have never backed up that claim. He lied. Flat out lied. I think Michael Byrd knows that what he did was wrong. I think he knows that he SHOULD have yelled a warning before he opened fire on someone who most likely never even saw him before he pulled the trigger and killed her. He lied when he said he did and the Democrats in charge of the investigation let him get away with that lie.

I frankly do not like talking against cops. The hugh majority of cops do a job to keep us all safe. I have a son in law who had a long career as a cop and he reported to me in all his over 20 years he never fired his gun. Byrd never warned her. I still believe she was boosted into that window. I think the guy she slapped silly did it to her.

There was no riot at all in the group busting windows. I believe 2 men busted windows. And Ashli slapped one silly over him busting windows. She was the hero that day and now justice will award her family as much as 30 million dollars. Byrds family gets nothing at all.

Byrd was charged with protecting that hallway. The location of any civilians who might still be there may not have been known to him. One person gets through they all get through then the situation is out of control. That’s the threat. She had no business going through that window. She was warned. The doors were barricaded. There isn’t much difference between that and my hypothetical which is why the shooting was deemed justified by the DOJ. It’s a shame that a woman died, but she shouldn’t have made that horrible choice

The most cartoon coloring book part of all of it is the lie and weak excuse that hoardes of people were being directed by her to follow her in and take over the government

I come from a family of fire fighters. Father was a Deputy Chief...two brothers that were fire fighter/ EMTs. Many of my dad's best friends were Police officers and I grew up with them visiting the house. I don't bad mouth the Police. They have a dangerous job. Literally putting their lives on the line every day they put on the uniform. That being said...there are bad Police officers just like there are bad teachers and bad workers at the DMV. Michael Byrd was not a good cop. I'm sorry but he wasn't. He was one of the fuck ups. The guy that leaves his gun in a restroom. The guy that shoots at car thieves in his neighborhood and hits people's houses. The guy that panics and shoots an unarmed female protester. He's THAT guy! The fact that he was rewarded for shooting that unarmed female protester with a bonus and a promotion should bother people. It bothered me four years ago and still does today. The vile things that people on this board have said about Ashli Babbitt bothers me too.

Libs are sick
Governed by feelings and wishes and angry that they can’t force those to turn out the way they want. Thinkers outgrow this after childhood but catered to libs never did

Byrd shot Ashli Babbitt to protect a hallway? An empty hallway? Why don't we hear Michael Byrd's warnings before he pulled that trigger, Slade? He said he yelled them. The audio from that day proves him to be a liar. So why did he feel the need to lie like that?

She was never warned. Why didn't he simply arrest her? Had he arrested her, this lawsuit against the cops never would have happened.

We all have to face some facts. The entire scam it was a riot is a lie.
