There were a lot of barricades that day. Interesting that the only person shooting a protester for breaching a barricade on Jan. 6th was one Lt. Michael Byrd! All to defend a hallway from a group of protesters that hadn't harmed anyone from the moment they got into the Capitol building!

The shooting was "investigated" by Democrats with a narrative that they were pushing. Byrd was "cleared" because he never was investigated. I come from a family of fire fighters. Father was a Deputy Chief...two brothers that were fire fighter/ EMTs. Many of my dad's best friends were Police officers and I grew up with them visiting the house. I don't bad mouth the Police. They have a dangerous job. Literally putting their lives on the line every day they put on the uniform. That being said...there are bad Police officers just like there are bad teachers and bad workers at the DMV.
