You sound so sure of yourself but you only have a small segment of an Internet video taken on the mob side of a wall with all kinds of background noise. Two investigations turned up that the shoot was clean. The investigations did much more than look at your video.

Look up Thomas Baranyi... He was a protestor standing next to Babbitt and caught her when she fell. You see him back away and act like he heard the cop issue warnings in the video before Babbitt went through the window. He also clearly stated that police were yelling at them to stop in a tv interview after the incident. This was a pro trump protestor that was actually there.

I've heard Thomas Baranyi's statement, Slade. It isn't backed up by audio of what actually occurred. That's the thing with "eye witness" accounts! Often they're proven by video and audio to be totally incorrect. It isn't Michael Byrd who's yelling...it's the protesters on the left side of the door who were watching in horror as Byrd stepped out of hiding...pointed his weapon without uttering a word...and shot an unarmed Ashli Babbitt at point blank range. That isn't backed up by one video...it's backed up by ALL of the videos shot that day! There isn't a single one that you can hear Byrd yelling out a warning because he never did! He never did and then he lied about doing so when he was questioned later.

Look at the video of the SWAT team coming to Babbitt's aid after Byrd assassinated her. Take note of where one of them is pointing his weapon. It's not at any protester standing on his side of the doorway. Oh no...he's pointing his assault weapon where the shot came from that just killed someone standing right in front of him! He's not concerned about protesters...he's worried about the idiot that just fired a live round in their direction! The same idiot who was disciplined for firing at fleeing car thieves in his neighborhood and hitting people's houses! That's who Michael Byrd is! On Friday, news broke that a settlement in principle was reached in the Ashli Babbitt wrongful death lawsuit brought against the US government by the Babbitt family.

The lawsuit extensively details the history of incompetence and multiple revocations of firearm privileges for previous dangerous incidents involving Officer Michael Byrd, the Capitol Police officer who murdered Babbitt in cold blood.

This includes a failure “to meet or complete semiannual firearms qualification requirements,” leaving a “loaded Glock 22—the same firearm he used to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt – in a bathroom in the Capitol Visitor Center,” and a shooting into a moving vehicle stolen by teenagers, where the off-duty cop reportedly struck homes nearby with his bullets.

He knew damn well who fired the shot. The protesters on his side of the doorway were letting everyone know who that was!
