Be it criminal mandates issued by Dan Andrews in Victoria, Australia; the CCP hand-puppet, Joe Biden in Washington, DC; BoJo in London; or Nancy Pelosi’s nephew in California tossing out orders like Jean-Claude Duvalier in Haiti did centimes at Christmas-time—all the Sheriff has to say is ‘No’, if it is illegal—and refuse to enforce it.


The Sheriff’s #1 job is to protect his district’s citizens from unlawful attack by local, State or Federal authorities acting outside their powers. That’s it—whether in America, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.

Just have your Sheriff say “No” to the tyrants, and it’s over.

He or she can nab a few drug dealers from time to time—also in protection of their people—but their actual job is to protect their constituents from overreach by other authorities (including the power to arrest them) and to ensure fair trials in their county, parish or shire’s courts.

And it’s high time we get back to that—as well as the common law courts where charges are brought by the Sheriff rather than a hired gun “public” prosecutor, and juries are chosen from his or her list of honest, dependable citizens.

"Sheriffs and Common Law Courts."

... is Sovereign Citizen code-speak for something that doesn't exist. In every court of jurisprudence in the civilized world, statute law (law written by legislature) takes precedent over common law (law written by judicial precedent).

The Sovereign Citizen believes in a lot of different, often contradictory, things such as, that statute law doesn't exist and that the state cannot pass laws that supersedes judicial precedent, that laws cannot exist where the state is the victim (drug laws, traffic laws, etc.).

Ironically, the Sovereign Citizen will be often cite legislative laws and treaties to prove his point.

Despite filing hundreds of thousands court briefs around the world in support of these beliefs, not a single Sovereign Citizen case has ever been successful in court.

Despite this, people every day operate under the belief that they are exempt from laws of the land and will often deliberately break such laws as a way of demonstrating their contempt. Often will very different outcomes than they expect.

We don't give applause to law enforcement as often as we should. They fight the war on drugs for us. Liberal Democrats want us to surrender and end the war on drugs. Stay strong America, do not let the liberals get their way.

I'm thankful that our local LE refuses to comply as well. Many are doing the same, but mostly up here in the northern section. Actually, North East section of the state. Unfortunately, we are not enough. Southern, central and coastal areas are nothing but goosesteppers.

Elected Sheriffs have a lot of power in their jurisdictions. That is why in many blue areas the Sheriff's Department is being neutered by leftist boards of supervisors, the Sheriff position done away with, a new county PD formed, and the Sheriff Dept. is only used for the courts/jail with the head being appointed by the leftist BoS or county administrator.

Here is a proposed example in Loudoun County, Virginia from 2020.....They want to "keep up with the Joneses" and make Loudoun Co. like the rest of the leftist NOtVA counties that got shed of their Sheriffs.

So far It's not gone anywhere.....Of course the current Loudoun Co. Sheriff is a Republican and will be in office till 2024 so I guess that grates on the leftists even more.
