Not sure what you mean. Nothing in the video or Musk’s tweet indicates it was parody.

Twitter’s rules are pretty clear that any parody has to be very explicitly stated as such. There were waves of bans on twitter because of accounts that didn’t say parody in the right place, but Musk omits it entirely.
