Anyway, even considering that witness # 40.is indeed racist and mentally unstable and should be disqualified, what about the accounts according the first 39 witnesses? Are you saying that their testimony should not count as well?
Please note the chart I list above, which has more people saying that Brown had his hands up than not. A lot of them also said he was running away or that he was kneeling when shot.
My issue is not necessarily with what the witnesses said. My issue was that Mucullah, whose father was a police officer killed by a black suspect, went into the Grand Jury process with the inclination to acquit Wilson. That's not a prosecutor's job.
The person whose job it was to defend Wilson is a trial attorney, not the attorney for the people, who it is pretty clear was trying to whitewash it, from letting incredible witnesses in, to suppressing evidence that didn't support the narrative.
Yeah...this is the same thing with a bus crash....all of a sudden more people are on the bus after the crash than were involved in the crash in the first place.......link to the actual Grand Jury testimony moron....that is what matters since most of those witnesses who said his hands were up were lying and exposed as liars.....
