Shots fired at Ferguson market after CNN broadcasts fake news & edited GGTV footage

Anyway, even considering that witness # 40.is indeed racist and mentally unstable and should be disqualified, what about the accounts according the first 39 witnesses? Are you saying that their testimony should not count as well?

Please note the chart I list above, which has more people saying that Brown had his hands up than not. A lot of them also said he was running away or that he was kneeling when shot.

My issue is not necessarily with what the witnesses said. My issue was that Mucullah, whose father was a police officer killed by a black suspect, went into the Grand Jury process with the inclination to acquit Wilson. That's not a prosecutor's job.

The person whose job it was to defend Wilson is a trial attorney, not the attorney for the people, who it is pretty clear was trying to whitewash it, from letting incredible witnesses in, to suppressing evidence that didn't support the narrative.

Yeah...this is the same thing with a bus crash....all of a sudden more people are on the bus after the crash than were involved in the crash in the first place.......link to the actual Grand Jury testimony moron....that is what matters since most of those witnesses who said his hands were up were lying and exposed as liars.....

Didn't read it; PBS is a fake news source and has less than zero credibility. It's a subsidiary of the Democratic Party. Also the majority of the witness pool are clearly racist and hate white people and the police. They have no credibility either.

Got it.

So all the witnesses are lying and Officer McShooty is telling the truth because he's white.

You mean where Officer McShooty was allowed to make a self-serving statement about how Brown had super Negro powers?

Oh, the only witness we know wasnt'actually there was the mentally ill racist who McCullah put on the stand anyway.

You mean that "hands up don't shoot" thing really happened?

Hint: It didn't....they lied

According to who, a Police Department with a long history of violating people's civil rights?

the same one that hid this tape to create a false narrative about a "Strong Arm Robbery" that never happened?

The DoJ....you really need to cease making yourself look ridculous

In response to the homicide of Michael Brown, the Criminal Section of the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation opened an investigation into whether or not Officer Wilson violated federal laws.

On March 4, 2015, the Department of Justice released their report of the investigation. This report found that physical and forensic evidence contradicted witnesses who claimed that Brown had his hands up when Wilson shot him. It also stated that witnesses whose testimony aligned with the physical and forensic evidence never "perceived Brown to be attempting to surrender at any point when Wilson fired upon him." The report concluded there was no justification for a federal prosecution of Officer Wilson.[32][33]

Since the DOJ relied on evidence gathered by the state, it's findings were irrelevent.

The real problem with the Holder DOJ is that it talked a big game and was very short on action.
